EventsMade4u Policies and Procedures
New General Policy Updates are Effective as of 5.14.20
During this difficult time of future uncertainty, our goal is to achieve a balance of continuing to help you plan and book event services with confidence for the short and long term future, yet put your and our safety first! We want a simple reasonable general, payment, postponement and or cancellation policy that keeps this is mind.
* PAYMENTS and DEPOSITS: Payment and or deposits will be due as per your individual agreement and event services are not confirmed until payment is made. In general final payments are due one week prior to event or as stated in your individual agreement.
* EVENT POSTPONEMENT: During this difficult time we will make every effort to move your event date services to a new requested date with the same agreement and details as original date, however this is done on a case by case basis depending on your individual circumstances.
* CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS: You may cancel your event no less than 120 days prior to your event date. A refund will be issued to you within 48hrs of cancellation. You will be refunded any payments made to you minus any production cost such as custom designed items prepared for your event and or administrative cost. Under normal circumstances there is a no refund policy after 120 days however if your event is canceled due to covid -19 we will make every effort to issue a refund up to 30 days prior to event minus the previous mentioned charges.
* UNFORESEEN EVENTS: EventsMade4u will not be held responsible for failure to provide event services due to emergencies, catastrophes or interruptions of public utilities. EventsMade4u cannot be held responsible for power outages and problems beyond our control. EventsMade4u will allow you to reschedule if possible. Sometimes there are unforeseen problems that might not be resolved in time for your event however, we will do everything within reason to work through issues that may arise. * ACTS OF GOD: EventsMade4u will not be held responsible for Acts of God, including resulting damage to persons or property.
* INCLEMENT WEATHER: Every event especially outdoor events, at some point and time, is at risk of being impacted by inclement weather. Because of the nature of our business, we understand the importance of being prepared for the unexpected. We have tried to put an inclement weather policy in place that provides a responsible resolution for all parties concerned. In the event of a rain, high wind, extreme hot or cold temperature and or forecast of these weather conditions on your event date, we more than likely will have to move completely to an inside location or try our best to move the event date. This is done on case by case basis and is not guaranteed for a new date. Our suggestion is to try your best to have a contingency plan in place prior to your event for weather conditions.
* GENERAL POLICY CHANGES and UPDATES: As the covid-19 crisis evolves we will continue to update and make policies changes that are fair and satisfactory to all parties.
